If you join us as a client services graduate we will support you with a three year comprehensive training and development programme to ensure you gain the skills required to become a credible insight professional within the market research sector.  An intensive induction that we call “The Knowledge” is designed to jump start your learning and understanding of the Kantar Worldpanel business.  Within the first 18 months our Client Executive Academy is followed by a Board Assessment which is your opportunity to really raise your profile in the business.  Moving on, our Client Manager Academy prepares you for the next step. 

The Academies focus on building outstanding client relationships, effectively managing client accounts, extracting, interpreting and presenting analysis and contributing to innovative, creative and leading edge solutions.  In terms of launching your career in the commercial world, we think our Graduate scheme is tough to beat!
